24 Surf Monitor is a listing of Auto Surf Programs, Some HYIP Programs And Some Investment Programs.

We do not accept any form of payment to list a site on our monitor. We do however on each listing, require a brief interview with the admins of the sites. All site listings are free if the program falls under our parameters.

The only sites that are listed in our monitor are sites that we approve. No bribery or dishonesty is accepted from any program or its admin. We mark a site as paying when we get paid. We don't accept special favors from site admins. We simply act as a normal member, so that we can report as a normal member would.

We are members of each site that is listed in our monitor. Any site that is having problems we will report the site in the monitor as well as in our forum that can be found at My Cash Forum. All sites are on a level playing field, and will not be treated differently.

We are NOT responsible for failed advertising, failed sites or other. We are NOT responsible for the performance or lack of performance of any advertising surf sites, HYIP sites or Investment sites. (Please see our Disclaimer Below).

We do offer advertising on our site. However, each banner ad that is placed must go through the same type of process as a listing in our site.
